• HI, I’M ROBERTA! •

I’m an Italian freelance food/drink photographer, food/prop stylist, 2023 Lightroom Ambassador living in Parma, Italy.
I am passionate about aesthetic, color harmonies, storytelling and the magic of light.

I studied Economics and Management, then Tourism Economics, both at Bocconi University (Milan), but then found myself not wanting to pursue that not-so-creative career anymore, and felt completely lost.

In 2016 I decided to start sharing my recipes and love for food online, just for fun, and in 2018 I strategically started investing in my photography education.
It was in 2019 though that I officially started my business.

Since I was a little kid I’ve always been very curious, and eager to learn.
In recent years I promised myself I will never stop investing in my photography education, so I can deliver my clients the highest quality images.
Indeed, to me, technique is as much important as storytelling.

Each of my photos has a soul.

When I’m not behind the camera you can find me baking Swedish kardemummabullar, playing with my cats, saving images of wabi sabi interiors on Pinterest, taking creative walks at the park & around my neighbourhood (to feed my creative soul!).

Because of my HUGE love for cats, each year I commit to donate a % of my revenue to shelters.
